Our flap-sorter project in Samut Sakhon, Thailand, completed installation, commissioning and handover for local logistics operations.
At this site, we configured tray-based identification and destination sorting for the customer’s parcel mix. The handled items included cartons, bags and lighter parcels; the project recorded a sorting rate of about 8,000 parcels per hour under its operating conditions.
Our project work includes equipment configuration, installation, controls commissioning and operator training. The final performance of each line depends on parcel samples, feeding quality, destination allocation and site layout.
