Our flap-sorter project in Binh Duong, Vietnam, was installed, commissioned and delivered for parcel sorting operations.
The project recorded a sorting capacity of approximately 8,000 parcels per hour and a reduction in daily manual sorting demand. Other sites require their own capacity and staffing assessment.
Tray-based discharge can handle different parcel shapes when the items are compatible with the carrier and chute design. For another site, we assess package samples, induction, destination layout and operating hours before confirming capacity and configuration.
