SORTING SYSTEM

How it works

Items are inducted onto dedicated trays and tracked through the line. At the selected destination the tray opens and gravity transfers the item into a chute or collection container.

Where it fits

Cartons, hard parcels, soft bags and irregular items after handling trials.

01

System advantages

  • Broad parcel compatibility after validation
  • Gravity-assisted discharge
  • Flexible loop or linear destinations
  • Configurable tray and chute geometry
02

Technical reference

Typical throughput6,000–8,000 parcels/hour
Typical speed1.0–1.3 m/s
Typical parcel weight0.1–20 kg
Reference accuracy≥99.9% under defined conditions
Standard tray reference490 × 410 mm

Technical values depend on parcel samples, site layout and system configuration. We confirm the final values for each project.

03

Configuration checklist

The complete line is defined from the operating flow, not from one headline number.

  1. 01Tray size and surface
  2. 02Opening direction and timing
  3. 03Chute angle and buffer capacity
  4. 04Induction and irregular-item rules
