Our flap-sorter project in Dengfeng, Henan, uses 214 sorting carts and 110 destination chutes. The tray-based design was selected for the parcel mix and route plan at this site.
Irregular packages require sample testing to confirm stable induction and discharge. Carrier dimensions and chute geometry are set according to the items the operation needs to handle.
