MANZUN

Conveying systems

Connect parcel handling with the right conveyor modules for straight runs, level changes, turns and vehicle hand-offs.

EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

Connect each step of parcel movement.

A conveying line can combine straight transport, elevation changes, turns and loading-dock connections. The module choice follows parcel dimensions, packaging, site levels and available space.

CONVEYING EQUIPMENT

Choose the module for the hand-off.

01

Straight belt conveyor

A continuous belt carries cartons, mailers and other supported parcels between work areas.

Typical use

Straight hand-offs between receiving, packing, scanning and sorting.

02

Incline and decline conveyor

A suitable belt carries parcels between different floor or equipment heights. The slope and belt surface follow the parcel mix.

Typical use

Mezzanine connections, elevated platforms and dock-height transitions.

03

Curved belt conveyor

A curved section changes conveying direction while keeping parcels in a continuous flow.

Typical use

Corners and route changes in space-constrained conveyor layouts.

04

Telescopic belt conveyor

Extendable sections reach into a vehicle and retract as loading or unloading progresses.

Typical use

Frequent loading and unloading of loose parcels at fixed docks.

05

Truck unloading conveyor

A movable or assisted unloading front end receives parcels from the vehicle and feeds the fixed line.

Typical use

Inbound receiving where vehicle position and unloading reach vary.

06

Roller conveyor

Powered or gravity rollers transfer flat-bottom cartons and totes; zones can also support controlled accumulation.

Typical use

Transfers and short-term buffering around packing, inspection and dispatch.

07

Flexible roller conveyor

Expandable sections can be moved and curved to reach changing work positions.

Typical use

Shared loading bays, temporary receiving lines and variable trailer positions.

08

Transfer and merge conveyor

Transfer and merge modules connect branching conveyor paths into a planned parcel flow.

Typical use

Joining induction branches or changing a parcel path before sorting.

PLAN YOUR LINE

Share the parcels and the site plan.

Parcel samples, transfer heights, turns and dock positions help define a workable conveyor layout.
